SWOT evaluation on “1940’s Circus” project

Strengths

•  What advantages did I have: I suppose one of my advantages with projects is my ability to organise my work, I feel the need to make each section of work look as professional as I can make it whether that means using a simple layout or a professional font. 
•  What section of the work did I complete well:  I believe that my annotation through this project stood out (this was commented on my assessment results) and also my shop report. 
•  What was seen as my strength through this project (with in tutorials and results):  once again one of the things that was commented on was my annotation when I first showed my work there was too much annotation and not enough drawing because of this I went back though my work and tried to incorporate my illustrative skills.
•  Which of my achievements in this project am I most proud of: the thing I am most proud of from this project is my overall grade as this was my main concern the amount of work and layout of work needed for the project was very different from my past course, because of this I was concerned what my overall grade would be.

Weaknesses

• What task did I avoided with in this project: within this project I think it would be fair to say that the task I avoided was using my drawing skills as other students had a more developed ability, I was reluctant to use my illustrations on my final boards as I felt that they would make my work look less professional.

• What do other see as my weakness: I think the weakness that would stand out to most people would be my spelling as I am not very confident and am always asking people for help with this.

• What are my negative work habits: my negative work habit would be the fact that I will organise and plan my work out but I find it hard to find time to sit and actually complete the work that has been set, so within the next project I have set myself an action plan to complete sections of work within the time I give myself.

• What holds me back: once again I would say the thing that holds me back the most would have to be my spelling.

From completing this evaluation of my work I aim to improve on both my strengths and weaknesses within the next project.
