After putting together my first toile I then realised that there were quite a few alterations that needed to be made to get the desired look that I was after. So I put my dress on to a mannequin and began to pin it with help from a member of staff to show were the changes needed to be made.
After doing this I would be able to look back over my pattern and transfer the changes.
